.K. Medico's product development, sales and service is carried out using a quality assurance system developed in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. |
Our quality assurance system - which is continuously fine tuned - ensures that every unit manufactured is registered together with the relevant test data. This means that each unit will be traceable in case any malfunctions or abnormalities should arise.
The data collected is reviewed regularly.
The object of the quality assurance system is to ensure that J.K. Medico always meets the following:
- Developing and manufacturing products with a high rate of reliability and with a functionality and quality that meets the demands from customers and end-users.
- Serving all current orders accurately - meaning agreed items at agreed pricing and time - and furthermore being able to show flexibility regarding the delivery of goods.
